Sin Seed

This was a personal project just for fun with some co-workers. We used studio space at work to capture portraits in different poses mimicking the poses in the original Sin City 2 posters. It was a fun idea that we came up with as we were talking about movie parodies that could double as potential off-beat ads for the company we work for. We liked Sin Seed so much that we just had to make them.

After I shot photos of everyone using the original posters as a reference for the poses, in my spare time at home I worked on compositing and blending the photos into what looks like the Sin City environment. There was a lot of Photoshop work involved to get them to mimic the look of Sin City and the graphic novel. I spent around 8 hours on each piece. It was a labor of love as movie posters are a hobby and real interest of mine.
